CSP at the Supreme Court

CSP, with leading scholars, prepared an amicus brief submitted to the Supreme Court in a landmark case brought by the U.S. branch of a Brazilian religion that uses a DMT-containing sacrament. In 2006, the Court ruled 8-0  in favor of that church, the União do Vegetal.
